Approach
How we think about products.
We start with the product, not the feature list. Who uses it? What problem does it solve? What does success look like six months from now?
Then we design the system — information architecture, user flows, technical architecture. Design and engineering run together, not in sequence.
We ship in iterations. Progress every week. Feedback while things are still flexible. And when we launch, the product is ready to grow — not ready to be rewritten.
